Who are we?
We are a family of 5 that has always had a love for dogs and outdoor sports. We started out our family with a Vizsla Golden mix (Maple) and fell in love with the versatile, abundantly friendly personality. After we lost Maple at age 14, we decided to add a purebred Viszla (Penny) into our family and we have never looked back :)

The vizslas’ hunting style is characterized by a medium pace and range, with vizslas from field trial lines inclined to run faster and further than those from lines developed for the foot hunter.

The Vizsla is a muscular, medium-sized dog with a sleek silhouette. You can see his athleticism in his build and in his agile movements. His stride is graceful, and he is capable of great speed.
Vizslas have a distinctive, monochromatic appearance, as their eyes and nose match their fur. Their tails are usually docked on the longer side.
Vizslas are outstanding bird dogs on all types of upland species. They can adapt to the different terrain and strategies of pheasant or quail hunting, and work as well on the open prairie sharptail hunting or in thick woods ruffed grouse hunting.
